Narvada (Diane) Pandohie, Owner/Managing Partner of Narvada Enterprises, LLC, is an accomplished HR professional with over thirty-three (33) years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. During her time with one of the largest Energy Services Company in the world she was responsible for developing and implementing human resource management strategies that enabled the company’s Leadership to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce.
Narvada held various positions with Halliburton at the Country, Regional and Global Level such as Country HR/HRD Manager, Principal Market Business Analyst, Regional Training and Development Manager, Global Competency Manager and Global Human Asset Manager. As a Human Resources Professional with Halliburton hired in Trinidad and then transferred to the United States of America she has travelled to countries such, Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, Suriname, UAE and Venezuela to deliver training or generate employee engagement.
She has also represented Halliburton serving as a member of the Center of Offshore Safety SEMS Competency Definition Task Force, Board Member of the Manufacturing Program for South Louisiana Community College, Board Member of Carville Job Corp and Training Chair for the Gulf Coast Safety and Training Group.
Narvada holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Henley Management College, United Kingdom. She has also received two (2) of Halliburton’s most esteemed Business Leadership Certifications from Texas A&M, College Station.
By registering for this Extended DISC workshop you will complete an online Extended DISC questionnaire* and a review and debrief of your own assessment will be provided with the workshop.

Cancellation Policy:
Time and space are at a premium for this workshop and your reports are purchased at time of registration.
If you cannot attend after registering, cancellation charges will apply as follows:
Cancellation up to 24 hours after registering and greater than 15 days prior to the workshop:
You will only be charged for the cost of the report (TTD $500.00) and a refund of TTD $2,5000.00 will be provided.
Cancellations 15 Days prior to the workshop: A refund of 75% will be provided.
Cancellations 7 Days prior to workshop: A refund of 50% will be provided.
Cancellations 1 Day before Workshop: No refunds.
